Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced

Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Consulting (Internal Audit)

to manage statutory, internal, and tax audit assignments while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

. Ensure compliance with

SEBI Regulations

and applicable laws. Apply

Accounting Standards (including Ind AS)

and

Auditing Standards

effectively. Handle

statutory audits of listed companies

(preferred). Manage

multiple audit assignments and client engagements

simultaneously. Coordinate with teams to ensure

timely and accurate audit reporting

. Prepare audit working papers, reports, and client presentations. Maintain high standards of

professional ethics and quality control

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

5-6 years of relevant audit experience

. Strong knowledge of: SEBI Regulations Accounting Standards (Ind AS) Auditing Standards Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Must have

worked with a CA Firm

. Good

communication and client-handling skills

. Ability to

work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

. Experience in

statutory audit of listed companies

is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Inter CA / CA Dropout (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
