About the Role:-

As an SDK Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading a team of 4-6 developers and driving the development of our Software Development Kits (SDKs) for Android and Web platforms.

What will you do:-

- Lead and manage a team of 4-6 developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Oversee the end-to-end development of our SDK for Android and Web platforms, ensuring its functionality, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable SDK features to meet the needs of our clients and partners.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to Android and Web technologies, integrating them into the SDK development process.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Set clear milestones and timelines for the team, ensuring timely delivery of SDK releases.

- Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks to ensure the successful completion of projects.

- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of the SDK, identifying and addressing bugs and issues in a timely manner.

- Act as a technical mentor for team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as needed.

What are we looking for?

Must have:

- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Android and Web technologies.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 4-6 developers.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining Android and Web applications.

- In-depth knowledge of SDK development and integration processes.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and networking concepts.

- Demonstrated ability to architect and design complex software systems.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

- Experience in working with cross-platform SDK development.

- Familiarity with iOS development.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

- Previous experience in the development of SDKs for third-party integration.
