: Team Lead - Admission Department

Position Summary:
As the Team Lead - Admission Department, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of admissions officers and ensuring the smooth functioning of the admissions process. You will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment, meeting admission targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage a team of admissions officers, providing guidance, support, and training when necessary.
2. Develop and implement strategies to meet admission targets and increase student enrollment.
3. Collaborate with other departments to streamline the admissions process and ensure effective communication.
4. Oversee the evaluation and selection process of applications, ensuring adherence to admission criteria and policies.
5. Review and update admission policies and procedures as required, considering industry best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the admissions team.
7. Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns.
8. Manage relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to drive student referrals.
9. Conduct regular data analysis to monitor admission trends, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, produce reports, and present findings to management as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in a relevant field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in admissions, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing teams and achieving targets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
5. In-depth knowledge of admission processes, including evaluation and selection criteria.
6. Familiarity with educational institutions and the higher education landscape.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
9. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
10. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
