We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Accounts Team Lead

with 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end accounts operations. The role involves leading the internal accounts team, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations. Handle accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and statutory filings. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. Mentor and guide junior team members. Implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/MS Excel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
