We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Digital to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence and enhancing our brand through effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, along with the ability to analyze data and implement successful campaigns across various platforms.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with brand messaging. Manage social media marketing initiatives, creating content that resonates with target audiences and fosters community engagement. Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Utilize Google Ads to create targeted advertising campaigns that maximize reach and conversion rates. Analyze performance metrics using SQL and other tools to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with graphic design teams to produce visually appealing content that enhances user experience across all digital platforms. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Qualifications



Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Proficiency in JavaScript for website enhancements and functionality improvements. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices for effective communication. Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience with Google Ads management and optimization techniques. Solid understanding of SQL for data analysis purposes. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation. Excellent research skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
