Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in handling a sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and team leadership within the BFSI or related sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members Develop and maintain client relationships Monitor and report team performance metrics

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in sales At least 1 year of team handling experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets
