Role Overview:

As a Team Development Manager you will play a key role in building, managing, and growing a team of Financial Advisors. You will use market network, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive sales, expand market reach, and create a high-performing advisory team.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales leadership, team building, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, onboard, and manage a team of Financial Advisors Motivate and guide advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop strong relationships with clients, advisors, and business partners Plan and execute Marketing & business development strategies Train advisors on products, sales techniques, and compliance Track sales performance and maintain accurate business records Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Who Should Apply:

Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream / Graduate Freshers / Post Graduate Freshers are eligible Experience in Sales, Business Development Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to build and manage teams
