We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive
Team Coordinator
who can manage people, schedules, and workflows in a fast-paced wedding and lifestyle photography environment.
Job Overview:
The
Team Coordinator
will act as the central link between photographers, cinematographers, editors, designers, and clients. This role ensures smooth coordination from
booking confirmation to shoot execution and final delivery
, maintaining timelines and quality standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations for
wedding, engagement, pre/post-wedding, and maternity shoots
.
Create and manage
shoot schedules
, team allocations, and editing timelines.
Assign tasks to photographers, videographers, editors, and album designers based on project requirements.
Communicate with clients regarding shoot dates, locations, timelines, and deliverables.
Track progress of each project and ensure timely completion of editing and album work.
Handle last-minute changes, rescheduling, or on-ground coordination during shoots.
Maintain proper records of bookings, team assignments, and project status.
Coordinate logistics such as equipment readiness, props, travel details, and permissions if required.
Support management with reports on workflow, team performance, and project timelines.
Ensure smooth collaboration and a positive working environment within the team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Management, Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
team coordination, studio operations, or project management
.
Strong understanding of
wedding or event-based workflows
(preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple wedding projects simultaneously.
