Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Male Team Coordinator to manage and support our call center team based in Kadavanthra, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, good communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the call center team. Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Prepare daily/weekly reports and escalate key issues when necessary. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. Handle team queries and resolve escalations efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Male candidates preferred (as per operational requirements). Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate. Prior experience in a team handling or coordinator role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
