To Manage a Team of 20-25 Team Members.
Ready to work in US Night and Day Shift.
Constantly monitor delivery of volume received from client on daily basis.
Monitor individual Team Member's Daily and Monthly Efficiency and Error Percentage.
Prepare Action Plan under the guidance of Team Leader for Team Members who are not achieving their daily target in order to bring their Efficiency Percentage at par.
Have One-on-One Sessions with Team Members having high Error % and give them suggestions to minimize their errors.
Conduct Team Meetings under the supervision of Team Leader to discuss the improvements that are required within the team to action more and more volume by eliminating errors.
Have effective communication with On-shore Client on weekly conference calls and through emails on daily basis.
Prepare Graphical Presentations on Monthly basis showing Team's Performance and present it to the Senior Management alongside Team Leader.
