About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting channel partners and managing them for franchise development
2. Executing franchise recruitment strategies for India and overseas markets
3. Coordinating channel partners\' training and support
4. Clearly communicating project goals and expectations to channel partners
5. Monitoring channel partners\' performance and deliverable timelines
6. Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective franchisees
7. Closing franchise agreements
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing channel partners
9. Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support franchise sales efforts
10. Managing email and communication channels effectively
11. Handling general office administration tasks
12. Maintaining accurate project documentation

Other requirements
1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Strong presentation and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong time management and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Preference would be given to candidates who will bring their own Laptops and who are from adjoining areas of Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.
