Job Description

A Team Builder is responsible for supporting a company or organization's workforce by recruiting, training, and retaining team members. Their duties often include identifying staffing needs, conducting recruitment and onboarding activities, facilitating training sessions, maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee retention initiatives. They also handle administrative tasks such as payroll documentation, employee status changes, and coordination of team events. Additionally, a Team Builder acts as a bridge between management and employees, addressing conflicts, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Leadership responsibilities include maintaining high employee retention, developing team members' potential, and assisting in managing company labor costs effectively.
