Additional Parameters:

Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly Knowledge of TEAL (Titan Engineering Assembly Line) system is preferred Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in using hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed


Job Summary:


The TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components and systems for our automation solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble mechanical components and systems Use hand and power tools to assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical systems Follow TEAL system guidelines and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality Travel to client sites for installation and maintenance as needed


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly Knowledge of TEAL system is preferred Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in using hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
