Learn more: www.teachmint.comAbout The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and articulate Lead Qualification Executive to engage with inbound leads generated through our marketing initiatives. The role involves reaching out to prospects, qualifying their intent and readiness, capturing structured insights, and ensuring seamless handoff to the internal sales team. This position closely aligns with the inside sales / SDC operating model followed by our India team.Scope of Work:- Contact and engage with leads provided by Teachmint through social campaigns, events, and other marketing channels- Conduct outbound calls to assess prospect interest, intent, and readiness to proceed- Capture and document key qualification details in a structured format- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead status, call outcomes, and notes on Zoho CRM- Share qualified leads and structured data with the internal team in real time for further follow-up- Use the mobile number / SIM provided by TeachmintKey Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality outbound calling to assigned leads- Clearly communicate Teachmint's value proposition in Arabic and English- Ask relevant discovery and qualification questions to assess fit- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in CRM updates- Follow defined calling, qualification, and reporting processes- Meet daily/weekly outreach and qualification targetsKey Requirements:- 2-3 years of Experience into Related field- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)- Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic with neutral GCC accent- Comfortable engaging with customers across GCC markets- Prior experience in lead qualification, inside sales, tele-calling, or SDC roles- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environmentWhy Join Us:- Be part of a fast-growing EdTech company making a real impact- Work with a steady flow of inbound, high-intent leads- Gain exposure to a structured, high-performing inside sales model- Collaborate with experienced regional and global teams- Build strong expertise in GCC markets using bilingual skillsDisclaimer: Kindly note that Teachmint Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
