1. Take up full responsibility for teaching and related day-to-day operations of Merry Go Learn, post the training, observation, and assistance period
2. Work on bringing energy, creativity, and enthusiasm in the classroom and continuously evaluate children on their grasp of various topics after each class
3. Record observations and manage communication with the parents frequently
4. Create content as per the requirements
