Key Responsibilities:
Teach assigned subjects effectively and create an engaging classroom environment.
Assess, monitor, and guide students' academic and personal development.
Plan lessons, maintain discipline, and encourage active learning.
Communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff.
Participate in co-curricular and school activities to support holistic development.
Requirements:
PRT:
Graduation + B.Ed, proficiency in all primary subjects.
TGT:
Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed, strong command over the subject.
PGT:
Post-Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed, excellent subject knowledge.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
Passionate, patient, and committed to student success.
Desirable:
Familiarity with digital teaching tools.
Willingness to learn and adopt modern teaching methods.
