About the Program:

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates from Science, Mathematics, or Social Science backgrounds, MSC (maths, chemistry, physics, biology), MA., B.Ed., preferred.

We are launching a 6-month Teaching Internship Program designed to develop a skilled pool of future educators capable of delivering quality learning outcomes in schools.

Interns will be deployed in Tier II schools, primarily focusing on revision and exam preparation support for Grade 9 and 10 students. The program blends structured training with classroom experience to help participants build strong teaching, planning, and classroom management capabilities.

Program Structure:

1 Preparatory Phase (Month 1 - Unpaid):

A rigorous training period focused on:

Curriculum preparation and lesson planning.

Effective content delivery and pedagogy.

Classroom management, discipline, and student engagement.

Interns will participate in workshops, peer sessions, and mock teaching evaluations.

At the end of the first month, all interns will undergo an Internal Evaluation to assess their preparedness and performance.

2 Deployment Phase (Months 2-6 - Paid Internship):

Interns who successfully clear the internal evaluation will be placed in assigned schools for classroom teaching and academic support.

Responsibilities will include:

Conducting revision sessions for Grade 9-10 students.

Supporting teachers in exam preparation planning.

Providing one-on-one or small group tutoring.

Monitoring student progress and maintaining reports.

Collaborating with school staff and participating in academic review sessions.

Interns who do not clear the evaluation may either:

Be released from the program, or Continue with unpaid preparatory support and re-training, based on performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver subject-specific revision and remedial classes for Grades 9 and 10.

We will provide our product which will act as AI assistant to the intern,directing on what to teach , how to teach and when to teach

Papers auto generated and evaluated with personalised practice worksheets

Support classroom management and student engagement activities.

Participate in mock exams, feedback sessions, and continuous training.

Maintain communication with mentors and provide progress updates.

Mentioning must effectively implement the process and systems paid out during training and achieve a performance elevation in each child by 15%

And it's paid internship upto 15k
