3-month hybrid upskilling program for kids
, to be run both online and in offline centers across India.

2 dynamic and passionate interns
who love working with kids and are excited to be part of building something meaningful from the ground up.
Internship Overview
As a
Program Development & Teaching Intern
, you will work closely with the founder and core team to help
design, curate, and pilot modules
across multiple age groups. You'll also have the opportunity to
teach sample sessions
,
co-host demos
, and
create creative content
around key themes like kindness, communication, resilience, money management, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
researching, curating, and structuring content modules
for the 3-month program (based on age segments)
Collaborate on designing
activities, stories, games, and videos
for lessons
Help draft
weekly and monthly session plans
for online/offline formats
Teach/co-teach pilot sessions or demos
for kids (online)
Create
support material
for parents and community engagement
Brainstorm on
creative hooks, campaigns, and social media ideas
related to the program
Attend internal meetings and participate in regular reviews
You're a Great Fit If You...
Are pursuing or recently graduated in
Education, Psychology, Design, Liberal Arts, Child Development, or similar fields
Love working with kids and are curious about new-age education models
Are creative, self-driven, and good at research
Have strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
Are comfortable presenting or facilitating small group discussions/workshops
Bonus: Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Docs, or any creative tools
