Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing academic assistance to students in assigned schools.
2. Completing the visit of a school per day.
3. Completing 6 teaching hours per visit.
4. Engaging directly with students to foster improved learning outcomes.
5. Assisting in the implementation of teaching and learning strategies.
6. Acting as a bridge between students and the TFL team to ensure quality education delivery.

Other requirements

Undergraduate degree in any discipline. Passionate about improving education and impacting school systems. Strong communication skills. Must be a resident of the district or nearby, as the role requires daily travel to the program site. Candidates with a BEd or a diploma in education will have an added advantage.
