Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and qualified teaching professionals to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing course materials, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and extracurricular growth of the institution.

Qualifications

Master's degree / Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a recognized university (as per UGC/AICTE norms). Prior teaching experience at the college/university level is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions as per the curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments. Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and projects. Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students. Engage in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods. Support institutional and departmental initiatives and outreach programs. Conduct or support academic research and publications (if applicable).
The staff must be able to handle the following subjects:

Fundamentals of Financial Accounting Applied Business and Industrial Laws Statutory Compliance Business law and Ethics Direct and Indirect Taxation Cost Accounting Operations and Strategic Management Corporate Accounting and Auditing Financial Management and Business Analytics Management Accounting Quantitative Aptitude- Business Maths, Logical Reasoning, Statistics

Skills Required

Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use modern teaching tools and technologies (LMS, PPT, online platforms). Commitment to academic excellence and institutional values. Time management and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹9,522.16 - ₹58,374.33 per month
