Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused
Teaching Faculty
for our Kannur branch to train students in their respective course modules (Office Administration).
The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and committed to shaping students' careers.
Key Responsibilities
Train students on Office Administration modules including:
Office management & operations
Professional communication
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Email writing & etiquette
Basic accounting & documentation
Customer service and front office skills
Prepare lesson plans, activities, assessments, and assignments.
Monitor student progress and maintain training quality.
Conduct interactive sessions, practical tasks, and mock interviews.
Ensure a disciplined, motivating, and supportive classroom environment.
Coordinate with academic team for schedules, materials, and updates.
Required Skills
Strong subject knowledge in office administration & business fundamentals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good computer proficiency, especially MS Office & Google Workspace.
Ability to simplify concepts for beginners.
Student-centered approach with patience and professionalism.
Educational Qualification
MBA (Preferred)
BBA / B.Com / BA / other degrees acceptable if candidate has strong admin skills or experience.
Experience
1-3 years in teaching/training OR experience in administration roles.
Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.
