Position Overview

We seek dynamic teachers who can create an engaging learning environment, deliver high-quality instruction, and contribute to the overall growth of students. Ideal candidates should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver structured and engaging lessons aligned with the DPS curriculum.

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Assess student learning through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.

Maintain accurate student records and monitor individual progress.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Participate in school events, workshops, assemblies, and professional development programs.

Promote discipline, values, and good behavior among students.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant subject

(mandatory)

B.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT / ECCE (as per grade requirement)

Strong subject expertise and communication skills

Prior teaching experience at a reputed school preferred

Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools

Passion for education and child development

Excellent classroom management skills
