Role: Teaching Associate

Location: Badruka School of Management Campus (Dabilpur, Medchal)

Experience: 1-4 years

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

? Masters/PGD in business administration/ management studies from a recognised institute

? Experience working with Faculty in a high paced academic environment.

? Proficiency in MS Office

? Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

? Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

? Passion for building world-class institutions of higher education

Job Responsibilities:

? Serve as a Teaching Associate for multiple courses as part of the PGDM curriculum

? Assist the Programme Office in research & teaching-related activities, including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, managing research databases, and report writing

? Support Faculty to plan and organise lectures, workshops, seminars, and conferences

? Prepare lecture/workshop/teaching materials, including agendas, presentations, and handouts to ensure content and methods of delivery meet learning objectives

? Analyse and prepare academic reports and feedback plans as per the requirement

? Facilitate effective coordination between the Faculty and stakeholders for various special projects

? Assist students with assignments, research projects, team learning activities, preparation for assessments, and offering access to learning materials

? Engage in professional development as appropriate, carry forward research work that is synergic with the BSM and regularly update the subject-related knowledge base.

Pay: Up to ?500,000.00 per year
