A co-teacher supports a lead teacher by collaborating on lesson planning, delivering instruction, and assessing student learning within a single classroom. Responsibilities include providing individualized and group support to students, helping manage the classroom environment, fostering an inclusive atmosphere, and carrying out administrative tasks like record-keeping and reporting.
