Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to teach 11th and 12th students , Subject - English and join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for working with children, especially those with special needs. Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Support students during instructional activities and provide one-on-one assistance as needed
- Help supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the student\'s education Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum
- Basic understanding of special education practices and strategies
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
