Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons to children aged 2.5 to 6 years.
Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
Observe, assess, and document student progress.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to uphold Montessori philosophy.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Certification in Montessori Education (AMI/AMI equivalent preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori/Nursery teaching role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a child-centered approach.
