Job Title: Teacher's Assistant - Student Support & Customer ServiceLocation:

Noida/Hyderabad

Position Overview

MetaApply is seeking a motivated and student-centered

Teacher's Assistant (TA)

to support both faculty and students in providing an exceptional learning experience. The TA will assist with customer service inquiries, guide students to appropriate academic and administrative resources, and provide on-ground support to ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations. The ideal candidate will also become proficient in Learning Management System (LMS) to help students navigate online coursework and resolve basic technical or access-related issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Support & Customer Service



Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries and provide courteous, timely assistance. Direct students to appropriate campus resources such as academic advising, IT support, or administrative offices. Provide general information about university policies, schedules, and program requirements. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for students and visitors.

Instructional & Faculty Support



Assist instructors with class setup, attendance tracking, and distribution of learning materials. Support classroom operations including equipment setup and ensuring instructional spaces are organized and functional. Provide guidance to on-ground students during class sessions or study hours as needed.

Technology & LMS Assistance



Learn and become proficient in Learning Management System (LMS) to assist students with login, navigation, and course access issues. Troubleshoot basic LMS-related questions and escalate complex issues to the IT or Academic Support teams. Monitor student participation and support faculty with LMS activity tracking when requested.

Administrative & Operational Support



Assist with data entry, attendance records, and communication logs. Support university events, orientations, and student workshops. Maintain confidentiality of student records and comply with FERPA and institutional policies.

Qualifications



Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree; current enrollment in a degree program may be considered. Previous experience in customer service, student services, or education support preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new systems. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced academic environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,663.90 - ₹39,047.18 per month
