Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Adajan, Surat, Gujarat. Time: 2 to 8 pm Pay Scale: 7000 to 12000 For: 1. 8th to 10th CB/GB, English Medium. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our academic team. The Teaching Assistant will provide valuable support to the lead instructor in delivering high-quality education to students. Assist the lead instructor in preparing instructional materials, lesson plans, and classroom activities. 2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance. 3. Facilitate classroom discussions, activities, and workshops under the guidance of the lead instructor. 4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead instructor to assist in assessing student performance. 5. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth. 6. Assist in grading assignments, exams, and other assessments as needed. 7. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in education, relevant subject area, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred). 2. Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or tutor. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
