The job profile affiliated to the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) board are as follows:

Planning and delivering lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum.

Assessing and grading student work, providing constructive feedback to students.

Preparing and administering exams, evaluating student performance.

Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement educational programs.

Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to- date with new teaching methods and educational technologies.

Providing support to students outside of regular class hours, such as during study sessions or office hours.

Encouraging and fostering a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Communicating with parents, guardians, and other school staff to ensure student success.
