We are seeking a dedicated Technical Faculty/Trainer to join our growing company. You will work as part of a diverse team of technical trainers in different locations across India. QUALIFICATION Degree in any of the circuit branches or graduation from any of the technical discipline (electrical, electronics, robotics, mechatronics, instrumentation, AI, ML, BCA,TTC( PHYSICS)) Teaching experience if any (added priority) Immediate Joiner ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions in various formats, such as instructor-led classes, workshops, webinars, or online courses. Delivery methods should be engaging and interactive to facilitate learning. Subject Matter Expertise: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the technology being taught, including new features, updates, and best practices. Being a go-to resource for technical questions and troubleshooting during training sessions. Customization: Tailoring training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, such as beginners, intermediate users, or advanced specialists. Evaluation and Feedback: Assessing the effectiveness of training sessions through evaluations, quizzes, or practical exercises. Gathering feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement and making adjustments to the training program accordingly. Technical Support: Providing ongoing support to learners as they apply their new skills in real-world scenarios. Addressing questions, issues, and challenges that arise post-training to ensure successful implementation and usage of the technology. Collaboration: Collaborating with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives. Working closely with teams to identify training needs and develop strategies for skills development. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on advancements in technology and training methodologies. Engaging in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, participating in workshops, or pursuing certifications, to enhance expertise and effectiveness as a trainer. Documentation: Creating and maintaining training documentation, including training plans, materials, and resources, for future reference and use. Documenting best practices, tips, and troubleshooting solutions to support ongoing learning and knowledge sharing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Schedule:
