Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning and critical thinking skills development. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to guide instructional decisions and facilitate academic growth. Foster a love for learning and promote positive behavior through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management techniques.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Teaching certification/license (if applicable) and/or relevant teaching experience. Strong knowledge of elementary education principles, curriculum frameworks, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to promoting student success.
