Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Assess, record, and report on students' progress and performance Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress Support school events, activities, and extracurricular programs Follow school policies, procedures, and educational standards
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject (Master's preferred in some institutions) Teaching certification/license as required by local regulations Proven teaching experience (freshers may apply for junior roles) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage students Good classroom management and organizational skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology
