Training Development & Delivery

Design and deliver training programs for teachers, HMs, and government stakeholders.

Conduct large-group trainings across locations; ensure high-quality facilitation.

Coordinate with experts and internal teams to update and customize training content.

Module Development

Lead creation and improvement of training modules and materials.

Integrate innovative pedagogy and tech-enabled learning.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Implement M&E systems to track training impact.

Analyse feedback/data and improve training quality.

Conduct field observations and review sessions.

Financial Management

Execute activities within approved budgets.

Prepare financial reports and maintain documentation.

Manage operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
