Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (in-person or online) tailored to employee or client needs.
Conduct training sessions using various methods such as workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and simulations.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultations with managers and staff.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees to ensure knowledge retention and skill application.
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve training quality.
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources effectively.
Track trainee progress and provide feedback and performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure training aligns with company goals, policies, and compliance standards.
