Key Responsibilities:
Activity Design:
Create innovative and interactive Physics and Mathematics activities that align with educational standards.
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles.
Training Educators:
Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies in Physics and Mathematics.
Provide guidance on best practices for engaging students and facilitating hands-on experiments.
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with educational professionals to design a comprehensive curriculum that incorporates experiential learning.
Ensure the curriculum is adaptable to different educational settings and student needs.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies and student understanding.
Gather feedback from educators and students to continuously improve activities and training programs.
Community Engagement:
Foster relationships with schools, parents, and the community to promote Science Exploratory programs.
Organize events and demonstrations to showcase Physics and Mathematics activities.
Research and Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Physics and Mathematics education.
Integrate new technologies and methodologies into training programs and activities.
Qualifications:
B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/ETC/Computer/Civil Engineering
ORMaster's degree in Education, Physics, Mathematics, Electronics or a related field.
Experience in teaching or training, particularly in STEM subjects will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for science education and a commitment to student engagement.
