This position offers an exciting opportunity for passionate educators to work closely with teachers in dring innovation in classrooms. The Coordinator will play a key role in conducting teachers workshops, implementing digital tools in classroom practices, and supporting in-school adoption of educational technologies. The role demands pedagogical understanding, digital fluency, and a collaborative approach to support teachers.
Role & Responsibilities:
Teacher Training & Facilitation:
Conduct teacher training workshops focused on integrating educational technology and effective pedagogical strategies. Act as a teachers trainer in school-based sessions to build teacher capacity and improve classroom practices.
School Support:
Regularly visit schools to provide on-ground support to teachers in implementing technology-integrated pedagogy. Offer guidance on planning, execution, and reflection of integration of digital learning tools in learning practices
Pedagogy & EdTech Tools:
Demonstrate working knowledge of core pedagogical approaches and hands-on skills in using educational technology tools. Support teachers in integrating low-tech solutions for enhanced teaching-learning outcomes
Content Creation & Curation:
Assist in developing and contextualizing teacher training materials and digital resources. Have a foundational understanding of instructional design , apply basic principles of instructional design to structure learning modules, presentations, and learning pathways for teachers across offline and digital platforms.
AI for Teachers:
Introduce and support the use of AI tools in lesson planning, assessments, and personalized teaching strategies. Promote safe, ethical, and responsible use of AI in education among teachers.
Project-Based Learning (PBL):
Facilitate teacher understanding and application of project-based learning approaches. Guide teachers in designing and executing student-centered projects to build real-world problem-solving skills.
Capacity Building Support:
Identify and mentor promising teachers towards becoming peer leaders or master trainers. Contribute to building a collaborative community of practice among educators
Documentation & Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, school visits, teacher engagement, and outcomes. Provide timely inputs for reports, success stories, and monitoring data.
Candidate Specifications:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related fields. Teaching experience and certification is preferred.
Years of Experience -
Minimum 5 years of experience in teacher training, classroom support, or educational technology implementation
Technical Skills -
Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Workspace, EdTech apps), Understanding of instructional design, Use of AI tools in education
