The Teacher at i2Global Schools is responsible for delivering high-quality, student-centered education aligned with the school's academic philosophy. The role focuses on fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and holistic development while maintaining strong academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines and learning outcomes.
Use inquiry-based, experiential, and interactive teaching methodologies.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs of students.
Integrate technology and innovative practices into classroom instruction.
2. Curriculum Implementation
Implement the prescribed curriculum effectively across grades.
Align lesson plans, assessments, and activities with academic benchmarks.
Collaborate with academic leaders to ensure curriculum consistency.
3. Classroom Management
Create a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Encourage positive behavior and student participation.
Maintain effective classroom routines and procedures.
4. Student Assessment & Reporting
Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate academic records and student documentation.
Prepare and share student progress reports with parents in a timely manner.
5. Student Development
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial or enrichment support when required.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning.
6. Parent Engagement
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and school events.
Build positive school-home partnerships.
7. Professional Development
Participate in training programs, workshops, and academic meetings.
Engage in continuous professional growth and reflective teaching practices.
Collaborate with peers to share best practices and innovative ideas.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in education or relevant subject area.
B.Ed / D.El.Ed / relevant teaching certification preferred.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
