: Teacher
You will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, student-centered education. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic classroom environment that encourages intellectual growth, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Use a variety of teaching methods (e.g., interactive discussions, hands-on activities, technology integration) to cater to diverse learning styles.
Student Assessment & Progress Tracking:
Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student understanding.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavior.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievements.
Classroom Management:
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Implement effective behavior management strategies that promote positive student interactions.
Individualized Support:
Identify and address the unique learning needs of each student, including those requiring additional support or enrichment.
Collaborate with special education staff, counselors, and parents to develop individualized learning plans (IEPs/ILPs) when necessary.
Professional Collaboration:
Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and school-wide events.
Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary projects.
Parent & Community Engagement:
Communicate regularly with parents through conferences, reports, and digital platforms.
Involve parents and the community in classroom activities and school events.
Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing training, workshops, and peer observations to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid state teaching certification/license.
Minimum of [2-3] years of teaching experience (fresh graduates with strong practicum records may apply).
Proficiency in using technology for instruction (e.g., interactive whiteboards, LMS like Google Classroom).
Strong knowledge of subject matter and pedagogical best practices.
