Teacher Recruiter- About Muzigal Founded in 2020 , Muzigal is an emerging global leader in online music learning. We are on a mission to democratize the music teaching and learning environment. We are the first ever mobile app based platform where learners and the finest of music teachers are matched to perfection. Our platform makes the entire online learning experience seamless and smooth right from booking, scheduling, live video and messaging between the student and teacher. Role Overview Position reports directly to the Teacher Onboarding team lead and works primarily to onboard teachers in teaching music online on Muzigal. Make teachers understand the benefits of teaching music online and screen and counsel prospective teachers to complete their Muzigal profile as per the guidelines. Create a two way connection with teachers to become a trusted partner in their onboarding process. Teachers come to Muzigal with an aim to make a steady income from online music classes and setting the right tone and ensuring proper education on how the platform works in their favour is crucial.
Engage with newly assigned leads immediately using text and phone outreach. Excellent lead management and lead nurturing (Thoroughly process leads to increase overall number of teachers onboarded).
Handle questions and provide detailed information on features and policies of Muzigal to teachers.
Collect relevant teacher information and update in the CRM portal and share with teachers. Assist in trial class setup and ensure class completion. Follow up with students to provide guidance with class enrollment, billing and payment processing and close the sale. Prioritize and promptly respond to any requests from students or teachers and direct to the appropriate department for further assistance. Keep track of and strive to exceed individual and team targets for weekly and monthly student enrollments. Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Outbound calling - connected calls to reach-out students - 600 a month
Schedule classes as soon as the booking - less than 48 hours
Maintain a healthy session frequency - more than 4 sessions average per month
Achieve high retention rate - 90% month on month
Maintain high average no of repeat booking sessions - more than 16 classes
