Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the Akanksha curriculum using effective teaching methods Plan and implement engaging lessons tailored to students' needs Design assessments to track and evaluate student progress Use varied teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Build collaborative relationships with students, parents, the community, and school team Set clear and high expectations for students Maintain a visually appealing and organized classroom environment Participate actively in professional development opportunities and network events Attend and contribute to all school trainings and meetings Complete professional obligations efficiently and responsibly Engage in extra-curricular and celebratory school activities Make occasional community visits to strengthen parent connections

Experience:

Prior teaching experience is preferred, though freshers will also be considered

Strong subject knowledge and expertise Passion for teaching and working with children Flexibility in adopting new instructional approaches Patience and problem-solving ability Good planning and organizational skills Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Self-motivated and committed to achieving school goals Open to feedback and reflective practice Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Education:

Pre-Primary:

Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related qualification is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
