Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning:

Deliver lessons effectively in English medium, as per the syllabus and curriculum guidelines. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and worksheets. Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to make learning interesting and meaningful. Focus on building students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in English. Integrate value education and life skills into teaching.

Student Development:

Monitor and support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. Identify individual learning needs and provide extra support where required. Encourage discipline, good behaviour, and respect among students.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere. Organize classroom displays and student work to motivate learners. Manage student attendance, records, and ensure proper classroom decorum.

Assessment & Reporting:

Conduct regular tests, assessments, and evaluations. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

Parent Communication:

Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress and performance. Attend parent-teacher meetings and school functions as required.

School Participation:

Participate in school activities, events, and celebrations. Take part in workshops, training, and professional development programs.

Key Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree (in any stream). B.Ed. is preferred.
? Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
? Prior teaching experience at the primary level preferred.
? Good communication and classroom management skills.
? Passion for teaching and working with young children.
? Patient, creative, and caring approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
