Position: Teacher - Photography (Female)

Location: Unison World School, Dehradun

Position Overview :

Unison World School is seeking a new passionate and skilled Photography Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop both technical expertise and creative vision in photography. This role requires a strong background in digital and/or analog photography, prior teaching experience, and the ability to engage and motivate learners across different skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver comprehensive photography lessons, combining theory and practical sessions.

Teach technical aspects such as camera operation, lighting, composition, editing, and post-processing.

Introduce students to diverse photography genres including portrait, landscape, documentary, fashion, and street photography.

Guide students in developing portfolios and personal photography projects.

Provide constructive feedback and evaluate student progress through assessments.

Manage photography studio and lab equipment, ensuring safe and proper usage.

Capture and document school events through photography, as needed.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Photography, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Passionate about teaching and inspiring creativity in students.

Proven experience as a professional photographer.

Proficiency in DSLR and digital cameras, lighting techniques, and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
