Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement phonics-based lessons (e.g., synthetic, analytical) using structured programs. Student Assessment: Regularly assess literacy progress and adapt teaching to individual student needs. Classroom Management: Create a positive, encouraging environment for learning reading and writing. Collaboration: Work with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to align strategies and support at home. Parent Engagement: Communicate progress and provide resources to parents to reinforce skills. Professional Development: Stay updated on new phonics methodologies and educational technology. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
