Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and interactive classes for students in tribal village areas (primary or secondary level).
Focus on developing literacy, numeracy, communication, and general knowledge skills.
Prepare and deliver simple, activity-based lessons suitable for local learners.
Work closely with NGO coordinators and community volunteers to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and teaching documentation.
Encourage creativity, discipline, and social awareness among students.
Participate in community educational events and awareness activities when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification:
Bachelor's degree
(preferably in Education, Social Work, or related field).
Prior teaching experience (formal or informal) is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in
local language (Tamil)
and
basic English.
