Roles & Responsibilities:

Teach Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology / General Science) as per the prescribed curriculum. Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lesson plans aligned with academic standards. Conduct practicals, experiments, and demonstrations in the science laboratory following safety norms. Encourage inquiry-based learning and develop scientific thinking among students. Assess students through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress. Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations (if applicable). Maintain discipline and create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic performance. Follow school rules, academic calendar, and institutional policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with specialization in relevant subject. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory/preferred as per school norms). Prior teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge and practical demonstration skills. Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts. Effective classroom and laboratory management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with smart boards, digital tools, and modern teaching methods.

As per school schedule and academic calendar.

Salary & Benefits:

As per school norms and experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
