Job Description

The Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective math instruction that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. The teacher motivates students to achieve academic excellence and prepares them for future studies and practical applications of mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver daily mathematics lessons according to the prescribed curriculum. Develop lesson plans that are clear, organized, and aligned with learning objectives. Use a variety of teaching methods and educational tools to enhance understanding. Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assessments, assignments, and projects. Provide extra support and guidance to students who need additional help. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students' performance and behavior. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Integrate technology into teaching to improve learning outcomes. Continuously upgrade subject knowledge and teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or Education (with specialization in Math). Teaching certification or relevant qualification preferred. Strong command of mathematical concepts and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching. Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Work Environment:

Classroom-based with occasional outdoor or online teaching activities. Collaboration with other faculty members and participation in academic events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
