MSc. Food Tech.

Key Responsibilities of a Lecturer in Food Technology:

Teaching:

Delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and preparing course materials (syllabus, assignments, exams).

Research:

Conducting research in food technology, publishing findings, and supervising student research projects.

Course Development:

Designing and developing new courses or updating existing ones to align with current industry trends and academic standards.

Mentoring:

Providing guidance and support to students, helping them with their academic and professional development.
