About the Role:

The Westwood School, Rajkot, invites passionate and dedicated educators to join our dynamic teaching team. We are looking for teachers across all grades -- from Nursery to Grade 12 -- who are committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and holistic learning among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes intellectual and emotional growth. Evaluate and track student progress through assignments, assessments, and observations. Incorporate innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance classroom learning. Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and the academic leadership team to achieve institutional goals. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development. Participate actively in school events, assemblies, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject or field (B.Ed. preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command over English (spoken and written). Prior teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum is preferred. Freshers with enthusiasm and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Effective classroom management and student engagement skills. Creativity, empathy, and patience with learners of all ages. Team player with a growth mindset. Proficiency in digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, MS Teams, etc.).
