Roles & Responsibilities: Teacher Training & Planning: Conduct FLN orientation, teacher training and events to fulfill FLN mission. Planning day\xe2\x80\x93to\xe2\x80\x93day activities for her/his respective stakeholders which includes one-to-one and one-to- many sessions with stakeholders and administration work. Involve headmasters in FLN implementation through training. On- site support: Provide on-site support to teachers in the classroom for adopting new pedagogical practices / FLN activities for foundation learning. Understand the teacher\'s needs & plan strategies accordingly. Monitoring & supervision of the progress of FLN activities in allocated school. Assessment: Conduct Pre & Post test of expected stakeholders and record the analytical data. Data & Documentation: Ensuring proper documentation of daily activities. Timely submission of FLN resources to the expected stakeholders. Keep track on data for further planning. Maintain daily log sheet & other documents on time. Coordination & support: Coordination with expected stakeholders for smooth functioning. Support coworkers for successful FLN project operation. Actively involve in new initiatives. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9700,000.00 per year Benefits:
