Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on first aid, CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and emergency response techniques. Train emergency staff (EMTs, drivers, call handlers, firefighters, volunteers) as per organizational standards. Demonstrate practical emergency procedures using mannequins, equipment, and simulation drills. Assess trainee performance through tests, practical evaluations, and skill assessments. Update training materials and ensure alignment with national/international emergency care guidelines. Organize community awareness programs on safety, disaster preparedness, and emergency response. Maintain training records, attendance sheets, assessment reports, and certification data. Coordinate with medical officers, training managers, and field supervisors to identify training needs.
